Best with: fish dishes, shellfishes, snails and soups. Perfect as aperitif
Information: this young and fragrant wine comes from vineyards, which
have been recently introduced into the Langhe. lt is vinified at a controlled
temperature and with the greatest care to obtain a pleasantly dry taste.
ROERO ARNEIS
Grapes: Arneis
Production area: in Roero (in the neighborhood of Alba)
Colour: soft straw yellow
Bouquet: flowery and slightly fruity
Taste: dry and refined
Minimum alcoholic content: 10,5% vol.
Serving femperature: 8-12 °C.
Best with: it can be served as aperitif and is also good with refined
horsd'oeuvre and fish dishes.
PIEMONTE CORTESE
Production area: in the
provinces of Alessandria and Asti
Colour: light straw yellow with greenish hues
Bouquet: persistent and delicate
Taste: dry with a slightly bitterish aftertaste
Minimum alcoholic content: 10% vol.
Serving temperature: 8-12 °C.
Best with: good as aperitif, with horsd'oeuvre, fish dishes and soft
cheese.
GRAVE DEL FRULI - PINOT GRIGIO
Grapes: 90% Pinot Grigio
and the remaining 10% other white grapes of Grave
Production area: Grave del Friuli
Colour: golden yellow
Bouquet: typical and distinctly fruity
Taste: dry, full and harmonious
Minimum alcoholic content: 11% vol.
Serving femperature: 8-12 °C.
Best with: good aperitif and with fish and meat horsd'oeuvre.
GAVI
Grapes: Cortese
Production area: in the communes of Gavi, Novi Ligure and Serravalle
Scrivia
Colour: straw yellow with greenish hues
Bouquet: slightly fruity, slim and persistent
Taste: dry, fresh and agreeable
Minimum alcoholic content: 10,5% vol.
Serving temperature: 8-12 °C.
Best with: excellent as aperitif, good with first courses and fish dishes.
