Bouquet: fragrant, reminescent of the odour of Muscat grapes

Serving temperature: 8-12 °C.
Best with: excellent with any dessert and with fresh and dried fruits.
MOSCATO SPUMANTE
Grapes: white Muscat
Production area: in some areas of the provinces of Asti, Cuneo and Alessandria
Colour: soft golden yellow
Bouquet: delicately fruity, recalling the aroma of the grape
Taste: sweet and aromatic with a gentle structure, typical of Moscato
Total alcoholic content: 11% vol.
Serving temperature: 6-9 °C.
Best with: classic wine for toasts after meal and for celebrations.
FIORDOLCE
Partly fermented must
Grapes: white Muscat
Production area: in some communes in the provinces of Asti, Cuneo and
Alessandria
Colour: golden yellow
Bouquet: fragrant, fruity
Taste: sweet and aromatic
Total alcoholic content: 10.5% vol.
Serving temperature: 8-12 °C.
Best with: almost any dessert except chocolate-based sweets, and fine
with fresh and dried fruit.
Information: it is recommendable to serve Fiordolce in a wide glass to
give off better the unmistakable aromas of this fantastic wine.
PERLAROSSA
Partly fermented must
Grapes: Freisa
Production area: in some communes in the provinees of Asti and Cuneo
Colour: garnet
Bouquet: delicate, reminescent of the scent given off by a rose and a
raspberry
Taste: sweet, fresh and full-bodied
Total alcoholic content: 11% vol.
Serving temperature: 14.16 °C.
Best with: fruits and dessert.
