Sweet and Sparkling Wine

JHAMEL BRUT "TRADITIONAL METHOD"
This Brut, made with Champagne-method, is obtained from the selection of Pinot and Chardonnay grapes. This method consists in a soft pressing lasting one month at a constant temperature of 18 °C. in steel tanks.
After the first deposits have been removed by decanting, there is a fermentation lasting three months and a second bottle fermentation lasting eighteen months.
Then bottles undergo shaking, consisting in some sharp and precise movements, in order to work the deposit, which falls towards the neck of the bottle.
This operation precedes refregerative disgorging. This process consists in placing the neck of the upturned bottles into a refrigerated brine bath, the deposits sticks to the plug of ice which is ejected mechanically under the pressure of the carbon dioxide gas. Now the bottles are fllled up with some expedition liqueur and corked.
Once ready, this wine, drunk at a temperature of 8-12 °C, will be appreciated for its fine and delicate aroma.

BRUT PINOT CHARDONNAY SPUMANTE
This clear and brilliant sparkling wine is obtained through the Champagne method of Pinot and Chardonnay grapes. lt has a delicate and persistent perlage, a soft bouquet and a fruity and harmonious taste.
lt is a good aperitif and can be drunk on any occasion.
To be served cold at a temperature of 8- 10 °C.

REAL BRUT SPUMANTE
This sparkling Real Brut - Charmat method - is obtained from a selection of grapes fermented in big tanks.
Thanks to its soft aroma and bouquet, this sparkling wine is a good aperitif and is pleasant throughout a meal. Serving temperature: 6- 8 °C.

BRICHET SPUMANTE
Grapes: from prestigious varieties of vine.
Production area: in the provinces of Asti and Cuneo
Colour: ruby verging on light garnet
Fragrance: aromatic and agreeably musky
Taste: sweet, supple and delicate
Total alcoholic content: 7% vol.
Serving temperature: 8 °C.
Best with: any dessert and between meals.
