NEBBIOLO ALBA
This wine is obtained from a careful selection of grapes of Nebbiolo coming from vineyards placed in the hills around Alba. It takes as long as 10-12 months in oak barrels and then 4 months in bottles to be refined. Its colour is ruby red with garnet hues, its bouquet is characteristic, soft and reminiscent of the odour of violets, its taste is dry, full-bodied, velvety and harmonious. Best with: it is a wine perfect with both white and red roast meats, excellent with regional dishes and seasoned cheeses.
It is embottled in 5 liter bottles with red sealing wax and cord, and is packed in wooden cases.
GRAPPA di BAROLO INVECCHIATA 2 ANNI
This grappa is obtained from the steam distillation of marcs of Nebbiolo for Barolo.
Ist superior quality is due to a careful selection of the grapes.
It is refined as long as two years in oak barrels. It is a high quality product. It is amber-coloured, its taste is strong but at the same time soft, harmonic and warm, its bouquet is delicate, persistent and has scents of vanilla, reminding of the wood.
