In the middle 30s Angelo Salvano began to produce wines in his farm "Grillo" located in the vineyards of Diano d'Alba.

In the postwar period his son, with iron will and tireless devotion, extended the sphere of his activity, moving to Valle Talloria; by keeping the inn "Giardino" he advertised his wines also to the "strangers".


With time, the experience of the family Salvano was handed on to his grandson, Mr. Ezio. Thanks to his skills the tradition, the tastes and the scents of an old craft are kept alive in a modern cellar.
